PAYMENT
We accept payment in Cash (GTQ, USD) or Credit Card.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
- No refunds.
- You can change dates up to 72 hrs before arrival date.
- Cancellations 72 hours or less no refunds
- No-shows : the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- We do not offer refunds for early departures.
CHECKIN / CHECKOUT
- Guests are welcome to check-in between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. If you plan on arriving late, please share your travel details with us so that we are ready to receive you.
- Check in past 9:00pm -without notification from the guest- will be refused.
- Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. $75 fee will be charged per extra hour, max 2 hours
GENERAL POLICIES AND HOTEL RULES
- No smoking inside the rooms and pool area.
- No pets allowed.
- No Outside food or drinks are permitted at the hotel
- If a guest is surprised with a bottle or similar, a corkage fee for the amout of $45usd p/bottle will automatically be charged to his room.
- Every person must be properly registered to enter the hotel and pool area (for their own safety and the safety of all our guests)
- We do not accept children between the age of 4 -12.
- No personal sound sistems are allowed in pool, restaurant or bar area.
- If a person enters a guest’s room and does not exit by 9pm, a late pax reservation fee for the amount of $32.00usd/Q250 per bed will be charged to the account.
- No one besides our staff is allowed inside the hotel for providing services like masages or any other activity without checking in. A Q200 fee will be charged to your room for unauthorized access.
- Pool area closes at 8pm.
- Bar hours: 7am – 9pm
- Restaurant hours:
- 7am – 9:00pm (Sunday – Thursday)
- 7am – 10:00pm (Friday and Saturday)
- Parking without consuming at least Q200 has a cost of Q150.00
- Kaana reserves the right to cancel a reservation or refuse a guest at their own discretion, unilaterally for a reasonable reason (disrespect towards the staff or other hotel guests, damaging hotel property, etc..)
